Privacy & Security FAQ

Can other people see my purchase record?
This is the privacy concern users in this category care about most.
In a wholesale setting, privacy protection rests mainly on three things:
- Neutral outer packaging with no product information
- Shipping labels that do not show the product name
- Sender details kept neutral (未公开/待核实 to be confirmed)
See Wholesale Policy.
What merchant name appears on the payment record?
This point is easily overlooked but critical: if the merchant name shown at payment contains words like "intimate" or "adult products", your payment record is exposed.
We recommend a neutral merchant name (for example, a short company name).
未公开/待核实 Our actual displayed name is to be confirmed.
Is usage data uploaded?
Local Bluetooth control is point-to-point communication and does not require uploading usage data.
Features that need connectivity do involve server communication:
| Feature | Connectivity |
|---|---|
| Local Bluetooth control | ❌ |
| Remote control | ✅ |
| AI interaction | ✅ |
| Social feed | ✅ |
See the official privacy policy for details.
The app asks for location permission — is it reading my location?
This is a requirement of the Android system, not an extra demand from the app.
Android mandates that an app request location permission in order to scan for Bluetooth devices, because Bluetooth scan results can be used to infer physical location.
That follows through to: asking for location permission ≠ reading your location for other purposes. The app's actual permission list is visible on its app-store listing page.
If my phone is lost, can someone else control my device?
Yes, if the phone has no lock-screen password.
Bluetooth pairing data is stored on the phone, so anyone holding the unlocked phone can control already-paired devices.
Advice: set a lock-screen password; power the device off when not in use.
Will my details appear on the shipping document?
The courier label necessarily contains the recipient's name, phone number and address — that is a basic requirement of logistics.
What is controllable is the "product information" and the "sender information", and those two should be kept neutral.
Recipient details can use an alias, but the phone number must be real (the courier needs to reach you).
What does the privacy policy say?
Official privacy policy addresses:
- privacy-policy.html
- privacy-policy.html
Worth focusing on: what data is collected, how long it is retained, whether it is shared with third parties, and the procedure for deleting data.
What does end-to-end encryption mean?
The official site states it uses end-to-end encryption for protection. 来源:官网
Strictly speaking, "end-to-end encryption" means data is encrypted by the sender and can only be decrypted by the recipient, so intermediate nodes (including the service provider) cannot read it.
The actual scope of the implementation (which parts of the communication are encrypted, how keys are managed) has not been published by the official site. 未公开/待核实
Will the social feed expose my identity?
This is the feature in this category that calls for the most caution.
The official site describes the social feed as "building an interest-based social network, sharing experience, taking part in cultural exchange and discovering communities of like-minded people".
But its concrete form (whether it is anonymous, whether it shows real information, whether private messages are possible) is not explained by the official site. 未公开/待核实
Advice: before using it, first confirm whether it is anonymous, and do not expose personally identifiable information there.
How do I delete my account and data?
未公开/待核实 The official site has not published a procedure for account cancellation and data deletion.
Advice: first check the relevant clauses in the privacy policy; if there is no clear procedure, request deletion through official channels.
This is a right granted to you by the Personal Information Protection Law.
When shipping to customers, how do I protect their privacy?
If you are the buyer, when shipping to end customers we recommend:
- No product or brand information on the outer packaging
- A neutral description such as "household goods" for the product name on the label
- No brand promotional material in the box
- A neutral name for the sender
Get these right and you hold one of the strongest competitive differentiators in this category — competitors often cannot manage it.
Why is privacy especially important for this category?
Because the core user demand in this category is exactly "nobody knows".
A single privacy incident (a parcel opened by family, a payment record seen, the social feature exposing an identity) causes far more user loss than one marketing campaign can bring back in retention.
For merchants: good privacy means repeat purchases; poor privacy means complaints and bad reviews.
