What qualifications are needed to wholesale adult products?

Some special categories carry extra requirements: products registered as medical devices need a Medical Device Operating Licence or filing certificate.
Can an individual buy stock?
This business serves merchants holding valid operating licences. A sole proprietorship with a business licence may apply.
