FeiEgg App User Agreement
Application Name: FeiEgg Operating Entity: Chengdu Lanchuang Wisdom Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our") Updated: July 24, 2026 Effective: July 24, 2026
Important Notice: Please read this Agreement carefully before registering for, logging into or using the "FeiEgg" App (hereinafter referred to as "this Application"). By clicking to agree, completing registration/login, or actually using the services, you shall be deemed to have accepted this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop registering for or using the services. Minors shall read this Agreement under the accompaniment of their guardian and obtain their consent. The rules for the processing of personal information are set out in the Privacy Policy.
I. Parties to the Agreement and Services
- This Agreement is an agreement between you and Chengdu Lanchuang Wisdom Technology Co., Ltd concerning the use of the "FeiEgg" software and its supporting backend services.
- This Application currently primarily provides: account services; AI companion/character dialogue and scenario interaction; Bluetooth connection to and control of smart hardware; real-time voice interaction; virtual goods such as credits/membership; and community or social-related capabilities (subject to the functions actually made available in the client).
- We may adjust the functions in accordance with our business needs, and will endeavor to notify you through in-app means. If you do not agree to such changes, you should stop using the relevant services.
II. Account Registration and Use
- Registration and Login: You shall use a mobile phone number that you lawfully hold and that has not been banned, and register/log in through "mobile phone number + SMS verification code", or log in using "mobile phone number + password"; you may reset your password through an SMS verification code. The current client does not provide one-click carrier login, nor does it provide login through third-party accounts such as WeChat/Google/Facebook.
- Accuracy of Information: You shall ensure that the information provided for registration and use is true and lawful; you shall bear the consequences arising from inaccurate information.
- Account Use: The account is for your personal use only, and transfer, sale or lending thereof is prohibited. You shall properly safeguard your verification codes and password; acts performed under the account shall be deemed to be your own acts.
- Nicknames and Display Information: You may not use content that is illegal, non-compliant, infringing or uncivilized; we have the right to require modification or to restrict its use. Nicknames, avatars and the like may be subject to content safety review.
- Violations and Inactive Accounts: With respect to accounts registered maliciously or accounts with serious violations, we have the right to take measures such as restriction or deregistration.
- Account Cancellation: You may apply for cancellation at "Settings → Cancel Account" (or the cancellation entry point in the personal center). After cancellation, account records and the like cannot be recovered; you shall remain responsible for your acts prior to cancellation. The handling of virtual assets shall be governed by the cancellation notice and applicable laws and regulations.
III. Usage Rules
- You shall comply with laws and regulations and with public order and good morals, and may not use this Application to engage in illegal activities.
- You may not create, publish or disseminate information containing any of the following: content that endangers national security, disrupts social stability, is obscene or pornographic, gambling or violent, insulting or defamatory, infringing, or otherwise prohibited by law.
- You may not reverse engineer, attack or scrape this Application, interfere with the services, or circumvent security measures.
- When using the smart hardware functions, you shall ensure that you have a lawful right to use the device, and you shall pay attention to the safety of the environment of use.
IV. AI Services
- AI dialogue and generated content are produced automatically by algorithms, may be inaccurate or incomplete, do not constitute professional advice, and do not represent our position.
- You shall use the AI functions lawfully, and may not use AI to generate or disseminate illegal or non-compliant content.
- In order to provide the services, we will process the text, voice and other content you input in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and may engage third-party technical services such as large models, speech recognition and speech synthesis.
V. Virtual Goods and Payment
- This Application may provide virtual goods such as credits and membership, and the specific benefits and prices shall be as displayed on the purchase page.
- On Android, payment may be completed via Alipay and WeChat Pay; on iOS, payment may be completed via Apple In-App Purchase. You must also comply with the rules of the corresponding payment institutions.
- Except where mandatorily required by laws and regulations or expressly undertaken by us in writing, where virtual goods sold have no quality defects and no liability on our part, refunds are generally not supported. For recharge anomalies, please provide feedback through the contact details set out in this Agreement.
- You may not purchase or transfer virtual goods through illegal channels or farm benefits by improper means.
VI. Intellectual Property
- The intellectual property rights in this Application's software, interfaces, copy, audio and video, technical solutions and the like are owned by us or by the lawful rights holders.
- Without written permission, you may not reproduce, disseminate, modify or use them for commercial purposes without authorization.
- You shall ensure that you have the right to deal with the content you upload or publish; you grant us a non-exclusive license necessary for the provision of the services (storage, display, transmission, format conversion, etc.).
VII. Third-Party Services
This Application and its backend may integrate third-party services such as payment, object storage, SMS, real-time audio and video, speech recognition/synthesis, large models, content safety, and instant messaging (see the list in the Privacy Policy). Third-party rules apply independently; for problems caused by third parties, we will provide assistance within a reasonable scope.
VIII. Privacy Protection
The processing of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy shall prevail with respect to matters involving personal information.
IX. Minors
This Application is primarily intended for adults. If you are under 18 years of age, you shall read this Agreement and the Privacy Policy under the guidance of your guardian and use the services only after obtaining your guardian's consent.
X. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- For interruptions or losses caused by force majeure, basic network/power failures, hacker attacks, anomalies in third-party services, or reasons relating to your own device or network, we shall be exempt from or have our liability reduced to the extent permitted by law, and we will endeavor to minimize the impact.
- We do not guarantee that the services will never be interrupted or will fully meet your particular expectations.
- Losses caused by your violation of laws and regulations or of this Agreement shall be borne by you; if you cause losses to us or to a third party, you shall provide compensation.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect losses and the like shall be capped at the fees you have paid to us for the service in dispute (except where laws provide otherwise on a mandatory basis).
XI. Handling of Breach
If you breach this Agreement, we have the right, depending on the circumstances, to take measures such as issuing warnings, restricting functions, suspending services, cancelling the account, preserving records and reporting in accordance with law.
XII. Amendment and Termination
- Updated versions of this Agreement will be published within the Application; for material changes, we will obtain consent anew or provide an option to decline in accordance with law.
- This Agreement terminates when you stop using the services and cancel your account, or when we lawfully terminate the services; provisions that remain valid under law shall continue to be effective.
XIII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- The laws of the mainland region of the People's Republic of China shall apply (excluding conflict-of-laws rules).
- Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, a lawsuit may be filed with the people's court having jurisdiction at our domicile.
XIV. Miscellaneous
- The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.
- Our failure to exercise a right shall not constitute a waiver thereof.
- The headings are for ease of reading only and shall not affect the interpretation of the provisions.
